A nice little bungalow - fitting for two. Had all one needs when the focus is just having a place to land at the end of the day.

Looking at pictures online, you never really know what you're getting. But this place was a great full apartment for a great price. It was clean, comfortable and the host couldn't have been more accommodating. I would stay here again – in fact, next time I go through town, I probably will.

The hosts were very prompt and helpful in communication. The place was comfortable and had the advantage of washer and dryer, and excellent air conditioning. It was nice to wake up to bird sounds, and yet be close to midtown and nearby transportation routes.

A very cute place to stay. Comfortable and well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood with a very neat dessert shop on the corner, La Carreta de Lili. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful when we needed advice. We will definitely be hoping to stay here on our next trip for Spring Training baseball

Close to family we were visiting. Quiet neighborhood. Seems to be a safe area. Kevin and Dan were awesome hosts who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Would have preferred a king size bed over the queen size but it was comfortable.

Host made check in easy & was communicative, the place seemed okay as far as cleanliness; but for someone with attention to detail would likely be disappointed. The room where you would be sleeping was very hot & didn't seem to ventilate air very well. The trash can in restroom didn't have a bag liner and you can see crud and looked very unsanitary due to that. I wasn't going to speak on these details but it wasn't till the host rudely messaged me saying how I didn't follow check out rules granted I didnt do anything major for him to give us attitude & respond so forwardly. He wanted us to go out of our way to deep clean for him when its not our job too. If he really was meticulous about the stay being cleaned when we left then he should have been the same way when it comes to someone staying at this residence. A shame because we really enjoyed this place & it had turned sour due to the host.
