Other Things to Note:
Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night or $500/week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, please request and submit payment at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Non-Smoking Property: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking may result in fines.

No Parties or Events: While The Dreaming Tree is ideal for gatherings, parties are not permitted. Noise disturbances may result in fines and removal from the property. Please avoid using outdoor music devices after 9 p.m.

Child Safety: There is no pool safety fence, but the property adheres to Arizona child safety recommendations with childproof locks on all exterior doors.

Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 3 midsize vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

Noise Monitoring: The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood peace. This system monitors decibel levels only, without recording audio.

Security Cameras: For safety, a Ring doorbell and external cameras monitor the driveway and parking area. An additional camera is inside the garage, where owners store personal items. These devices are used solely for security and emergency purposes.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
