I didn’t like how we were told we could check in at 3:00. Arriving back at hotel we were told it would be $20 to check in before 4:00. Also the “easy” chair in our room-the material on the arms was torn a lot. Rug was filthy and I wore flip flops the entire time.

The hotel was nice but dated. The air conditioning was extremely loud and had a hard time keeping the room cool. The staff on the other hand were fabulous!

It’s just a typical older hotel that need a deep clean and some updates. The location is good for food and access to the area but with it comes a lot of road noise. Room cleaned by request only.

Room was advertised to have airport shuttle. This, the reason we booked. Their shuttle was down. After no recovery plan They said they would get us a ride to airport. It never showed up. One of the workers ended up taking us and another couple in his vehicle. The room furnishing were terrible. Ripped chairs, drapes, stained carpet, dirty walls with paint missing. They ran a loud motor outside our room for 2 hours. Said it was a power washer at 6 pm.The thermostat on the wall was broken and couldn't adjust temp. with it. It was probably the worst experience in a hotel ever. Would like a refund but not hopeful that would happen. I would never,ever, recommend this place to anyone.

My stay did not go as planned due to a misunderstanding but the staff were truly exceptional in their kindness and understanding of the problem and helping me find a solution.
