We've just installed a new A/C and heating unit, and put in a new refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. The unit comes with all standard appliances, a kitchen stocked with everything you'd need in the way of dishes and utensils, WiFi, flat screen TV and basic cable, attached garage, plenty of storage, keyless entry and remote gate opener. The location is ideal--across the street from the YMCA and blocks from an array of shopping and dining, and adjacent to a golf course. Easy access to I-10\. The complex is small and crime free. We are required to do a criminal background check of renters and will do so at our expense. The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath 1100 SF condo. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a seat in the newly renovated shower, and an extra sink and dressing area. The minimum rental period is 30 days. No taxes. Pets not allowed. Smoking anywhere in the unit or patio is strictly prohibited. Owner lives 3 miles from complex. The large patio facing the pool was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Check-in was a breeze. It is less than 40 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils and supplies as well as linens and shampoos/body wash, etc. Our host, Yana, was extremely pleasant and responsive to an issue that came up early in our stay.
