“All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent and in a very pretty setting. Valet parking was free which is very unusual and the whole area felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.”

“The hotel is situated in a lovely, tree-lined area of Montgomery that is easy to access and quiet. Our room was commodious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offer many excellent choices, including all the ingredients for a fruit parfait. However...our room did not have a blackout curtain. The staff came up and helped us to clamp together the side drapes to block the light so we could sleep. The toilet roll holder came apart when I tried to draw paper from the roll, and the……

“Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia.”

“The staff is wonderful. The room layout is great. Smelled good. It would have been nice to have real creamer for the in room coffee, and the toilet flush was very loud. Will stay again”

“Terri at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to have a room on a lower floor. The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.”
