The bedas and pillows could be better, they are old mattresses and you can tell.it. The staff is very friendly and we always have a great time when we stay here. We have been staying here since I was a kid now I am 48. So it brings me a lot of good memories. The food was not as good as it was before, we ask for enchiladas miberas and the red sauce was tasting as burned. I traveled with elder people so the fact that you can have food in their restaurant is very convenient. The bar was the best amenity, cause we were watching a futbol game, we order a drink and it came with chips and peanuts. We enjoy a lot the person that was singing after the match.

Nothing to complain about

When I booked this room through hotels.com I expected it to be a full service hotel. It is not. It is let yourself in with a code, and no one on sight. The room was fairly bare, no coffee except self serve in the lobby, no tv, no elevator so I dragged heavy suitcases up metal steps. etc. But, the bigger problem was how incredibly loud it was when anyone else came back in. The lights all came on in the hall lighting up my room and again the staircase and metal doors are all loud. I felt like I was in a hostel for over $100 a night. Great location, but I would not recommend anything else. Thankfully I was only there one night.

The hotel is very good, the staff is amazing!! All of them!! The people in the front desk, the ladies that keep the rooms clean, the guards at the garage etc etc. all of them. The point is the noise! The hotel has a nice roof top that has a party almost every night until midnight. Forget about sleeping. In addition is located in a traditional traditional area where they have parties and fire works for everything. Every rocket is like a bomb next to your room .

This property hands down was the best place we stayed during our trip to Mexico. The staff was amazing. They were all so very helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean and well appointed. The attached restaurant was so nice with delicious food. We loved our stay and would definitely plan to stay here again!
