"The hotel is very well situated with a bus stop right in front of hotel. Hotel is clean and the towels are very nice, thick. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and tasted good. Front desk staff very friendly, especially Vicente. He was very friendly and courteous. Parking is around the corner and very secure. 22 Euro is normal."

"Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines Hotel was perfect for our short trip to Granada. The staff was very friendly and the location was a great base to explore the more touristy areas of Granada.
