酒店装饰非常特别，只是位置非常特别，车开不到门口，需要爬一段台阶，如果腿脚不便的非常艰难，特别是拖着箱子的时候。酒店好像也没有意愿帮忙提箱子。 另外，台阶下来后是条小路，那天有活动，整条路全部堵住，别说车，人都不能行走，如果赶火车或飞机就惨了。但是酒店没有任何的告知。这个特别希望酒店能改进。误了火车飞机，就麻烦了。特别是阿尔罕布拉宫也有时间约定的。幸好，我们那天订的是晚上6:30的。

Our stay was only 2 nights and 1 full day. The staff were great and very helpful. This place is a very interesting place to stay and I slept great despite some noisy neighbor drunk ugly crying for a couple hours. I'm pretty understanding when it comes to living in a repurposed older establishment so I don't generally think it's fair to knock it for its old home characteristics (hearing toilets flush and noisy floors) but room and bathroom configuration could have been thought out a little better. I'm not sure the remodeling plans were super well designed. Shower doors only covered just under half the length of tub so water running off your elbows goes right on the floor in front of the toilet, tub space is too small for a taller person. I'm 6'1 and my head was very close to the ceiling in the tub area. At some point I got a minor whiff of sewer gas in the bathroom (don't ask me how I know what it was). That generally is a sign that the plumbing is either incorrectly designed or there is a failure somewhere. This however was not much of a problem because the smell went away very quickly and was only in the bathroom. Regardless I had a good experience and was comfortable. Location was great, room was clean, ac worked well and we slept great! Which is why I still think it deserves 4 stars. Bathrooms could use some work though.

Wonderful stay. My spouse and I absolutely loved our time at Palacio de Santa Inés. The staff were incredibly kind and helped us with several needs (laundry, cab services, off-the-path tourist spots, and finding less touristy and more local shopping places, to name a few). The staff was also multilingual (I heard English, Spanish, French, and German all from the same concierge for example), which was not a requirement for us in booking but very impressive. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied for a hotel offering. The units have AC (which is not common among others this historic in town) that worked well during the time of year we visited. The hotel is beautiful and a great example of Spanish city palace design. The room was fantastic. Ours in particular was modeled after Nasrid decor and was absolutely beautiful. We loved our time here and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Granada.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum mit Blick auf die Alhambra. Man kann von dort aus per Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten anlaufen und die Stadt erkunden. Einzig der Zugang ist problematisch, man kann dort nicht direkt hinfahren und auch nicht parken, aber das ist auch so in der Beschreibung ersichtlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei sämtlichen Fragen und Problemen und es hat Spaß gemacht, sich mit den Mitarbeiter der Rezeption zu unterhalten. Das Hotel ist in einem ehemaligen Palacio beherbergt. Wir haben so etwas gesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es verfügt über einen Aufzug, was in solchen Gebäuden nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker, bietet alles, was man benötigt und es mangelt an nichts. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially with transportation to and from airports and bus stations. The area where the hotel is has all of the sites that you want to see in Granada, and they are all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Personal SUPER amable. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que salir dos días temprano antes de la hora del desayuno; nos prepararon emparedados de jamón, agua y fruta para llevar. ¡Consentidos como en casa! 😊 El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto, muy acorde con el ambiente del Albaicín, y la ubicación es excelente para recorrer Granada caminando. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar después de un día visitando la ciudad. Un pequeño punto a tener en cuenta: desde la calle hasta la puerta del hotel hay que subir un tramo de escaleras. No es muy empinado ni demasiado largo, pero puede resultar algo incómodo si se lleva equipaje pesado o para personas con movilidad reducida. En nuestro caso no fue un problema y, con la amabilidad del personal, la experiencia fue muy positiva. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse en Granada.
