"La atención fue de 10. Jenifer estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y de que no faltara de nada.
El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones y se puede ir con niños sin problema. Además estaba muy limpio.
Estuvimos unos días en los que hacía bastante frío y costó un poquito que el apartamento cogiera temperatura pero luego estuvimos muy bien.
A 10-15 minutos de Granadas en coche y con supermercados cerca.

We loved this boutique hotel just outside Granada. Fantastic views of the mountains and a nice little swimming pool to cool off in. Well kept and clean. For those that tire of the hustle and bustle of city hotels, this is a welcome change of pace.

the Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Adrian was amazing giving suggestions to how to go around the city and where to go eat and whatever we needed in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much. Even though the access is hard because the route is under construction and the streets are very narrow, they were waiting for us at the door to guide us to the parking lot, which is another plus for this place since Granada has very limited parking access. The A/C is the best I had so far in Spain and...

Simply amazing. Free bottle of welcome wine. You can take a glass and walk two blocks to plaza Nicolas to watch the sunset of Alhambra. What more can you ask for. Perfect location and the friendliest staff. The chef ran out to give me some apple and short cake to go as I was waiting for Uber to the airport and didn’t have breakfast.

Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!!

The place was gorgeous and staff were superb.
Room was clean and comfortable.
We were disappointed though that the 20% off on food and beverage could not be used in the bar eating area and applied only in the main dining room.

Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip.

Perfect location where you can walk to most everything (even the Alhambra is only about 1 mile). It was a little confusing to get the access code and virtual key, but the staff is extremely helpful and accessible via WhatsApp. Once in the apartment, it was perfect (though the beds are on the firm side). The views and open windows are lovely.

The location was excellent, and the accommodation offered great value for money.
However, the hot water turned cold twice during our showers, and the toilet was not flushing properly. After we reported the issue, the maintenance team came and fixed the toilet promptly, which we appreciated.
Apart from these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.
