“We were in town visiting our son in the military. We had some issues. Let me explain and you can be the judge. 1.) The room was clean and well appointed. 2.) The room was only cleaned once in 5-night stay. Said we had our DND sign out. Which we did but was off by 8:00am every morning (really?). So we just got fresh towels and delt with it. 3.) “The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area. ”
