“The room had an odor. The A/C was in disrepair- the compressor was not working. The water closet in the bathroom was leaking after flushing. They did not have another room available . We arrived at 3pm and left in the evening. We made the complaint to the front desk and informed them we were leaving and wanted a full refund.
