Located just 75 yards from the sea, this home is nestled in the Swan Villas, a brand-new development on the Placencia Peninsula. When you stay here you will enjoy a peaceful, beachfront location while still being a short drive from nearby cities.
As you walk up to your temporary home, you will be awed by the unique appearance of this development. With an extremely modern style, plenty of luxurious touches, and a design scheme featuring relaxing circular shapes, you will feel right at home in this wonderful property. This particular condo is a ground-floor unit, so you can step right inside to discover the gorgeous interior.
Please note that this particular listing is for the entire bottom floor of this two-level villa. If you need lots of space, you can even book the entire three-unit villa, which can sleep up to eight guests.
Inside this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home you will find everything you need to have a spectacular stay. This U-shaped building features private bedrooms at either end of the structure, with a living space in the middle. Have a seat on the large, curved sofa and watch some TV or simply gaze outside at the lovely scenery. When you're here you will have WiFi access so you can keep in touch with your friends and family back home. This condo even has air-conditioning to keep you cool, plus a laundry room that will come in handy during extended stays.
A full kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and everything the chef in your group may need to whip up tasty meals during your visit. Sit down at the dining room table to enjoy a meal together, or take your after-dinner glass of wine outside to the shaded porch and marvel at the views of the lagoon and the pool while breathing in the fresh, tropical air.
If you walk to either end of this home, you will find bedrooms with an enormous, round-shaped king bed and a stylish decor scheme. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, complete with a separate walk-in shower and a marvelous jetted bathtub. Both the tub and shower are also circular to match the overall design of this trendy home. Together with these two bedrooms, this condo has plenty of space for up to four guests.
While you're here at the Swan Villas, you will have access to many wonderful shared amenities. A gorgeous infinity-edge pool is just past your door, and the lagoon is a very short walk away. You're welcome to borrow kayaks and bicycles to explore the nearby nature, and you will also have access to a gorgeous public beach. Of course, you're also welcome to spend your vacation sipping cold drinks on your private patio or sunbathing on the beach.
If you decide to venture past Swan Villas, you can drive south about 15 minutes to reach the largest town in the area, Placencia Village. Nestled at the very end of the peninsula, this town has a vibrant and laid-back atmosphere and offers many restaurants and shops to keep you busy. Stop in at Brewed Awakenings for a fresh-roasted coffee, or get a tropical fruit smoothie from the oceanfront Shak Beach Cafe. When you get hungry, sit down for a nice meal at one of the restaurants, which include authentic Belizean and Caribbean food at Wendy's or Brenda's, Italian cuisine at La Dolce Vita, and fresh seafood and other fares at Rumfish.
From Placencia, you can rent scuba diving or snorkeling gear to explore the gorgeous, warm water nearby. You could peek under the surface to view the colorful fish, go see the barrier reef, or take a group trip to look for manatees or even a docile whale shark. If you want to head inland to see more of Belize, you will have opportunities to book a guided tour to hike through the lush jungle, visit wildlife preserves where jaguars and tapirs live, check out some ancient Mayan ruins, go whitewater rafting, and much more, so be ready for adventures!
