“A beautiful location where you walk meters from your room into the beautiful sea. The bistro food was excellent and the reception very helpfull at booking activities. I went on a double dive with Captain Jak ....really enjoyed that. The gift shop also had lovely souvenirs of Belize at reasonable prices. I was amazed at the deal I got through expedia to stay at the Maya beach hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay”

The whole staff around the resort was so kind especially Andrew. They have complimentary bikes that you can ride around the town on which is also fantastic! I am definitely going back to stay again.”

“I stayed here alone in one of their villas. The first two days were amazing. The staff was great, and I had such a good time. Unfortunately, that completely changed after a very frightening experience.
On my second day, one of the male workers asked for my phone number and told me I was beautiful. As a woman traveling alone, I already felt that this was inappropriate and made me uncomfortable.
That same night, at around 4 am I woke up to someone trying to open the door to my bedroom.……

“Arrived late after communicating with the desk staff that I may arrive after the cutoff. Was able to get to my room and get some food before the resturant closed. The roof bar had a nice view and the pools and beach were well maintained except for a large hole in the surface area of one of the wadding areas. The people were friendly and accommodating and the area was nice. All said a good experience.”
