“Our stay at Sleeping Giant was perfect! The grounds and location are beautiful. The staff are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed 2 different excursions provided by their concierge service. Josh was wonderful. We biked and swam in the crystal clear river. The restaurants were top notch and accommodated our vegan/celiac-free friend. We got to hear the Howler monkeys right outside our mountain view room!”

“The staff here was super friendly and nice and quick to respond ,the only issue I had was the room, Not being a clean as I expected it to be the floors were nasty it seemed like the room had been sitting unoccupied for a while ,so there was geico poop on the floor and the floor just looked and felt yucky ,but that was resolved quickly and it was a nice stay overall quiet and slow we went during the slow Season in September also the sargassum was bad during our stay.”

“Arrived late after communicating with the desk staff that I may arrive after the cutoff. Was able to get to my room and get some food before the resturant closed. The roof bar had a nice view and the pools and beach were well maintained except for a large hole in the surface area of one of the wadding areas. The people were friendly and accommodating and the area was nice. All said a good experience.”
