“Lovely welcome from Emmanouil who couldn’t have been more helpful. We got upgraded which was nice and had a big apartment. Incredible value for money. We loved Plaka. Lots of nice restaurants and bars and not forgetting the one attached to the accomodation which was perfect for our lunch. ”

“Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff……

Der private Pool war definitiv das Highlight – perfekt, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen……

“Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package. We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds……

“Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Bad war großzügig geschnitten, ein besserer Fön und eine Beleuchtung am Spuegel wären verbessernd. Das Doppelbett war bequem und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung……

“The hotel staff was nice and courteous and created a good atmosphere from the moment we met them when they recognized that we had arrived at the hotel. At the reception, they made sure that we first relaxed from the trip with refreshments and cold drinks while they properly organized our reception at the hotel. The parking service was excellent for those arriving by car. The breakfast at the restaurant by the pool was rich and the service and atmosphere were good. The atmosphere in the hotel was……

“I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option. In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we……

“The hotel was massive and there are so many activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My family and I ate at Dedalos Main Restaurant but they had so many other options. I do suggest that if you want to eat at the à la carte dining restaurants to book at least a week or so in advance because they require reservations. Also, for the activities, book a day or so in advance. They do have transportation from the hotel to the star each where you can do……
