“The room was everything I needed for this trip. Comfortable, clean, and inviting. Would stay here again.”

“Clean unit. Kitchen garbage can did not work.”

“Host were very responsive and quick to help. Perfect for my family for a quick visit with my son in college. The only thing I wish is there were more pots and pans to cook with to host better for a full home. Also if there was a grill. But besides that it was nice and clean and comfortable for my family and I.”

“Satisfied”

“Great location downtown. You can walk everywhere for wine tasting, shopping and a great time at O’Mallys. The stairs leading up to the apartment are kinda steep but manageable. The beds are ok. It fit our needs for a one night getaway. Weston has a lot to offer with great places to eat and drink.”

“Beautiful property. I would stay there again. Perfect location.”

“This location was perfect for our weekend stay in Smithville. One block from the town square where there are a variety of restaurants and bars. Our host was excellent and the unit was better than expected. Very nicely furnished and many extra items that really added a nice touch to our stay. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.”

“Great location, walkable to streetcar and city market”

“The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean……

“Not in Kansas City, but close enough 15-30 min to all sights in KC. Clean house, great amenities, washer dryer, additional towels.”

“It was a great spot to get to uptown for our concert and walk across the street to the grocery store! On the downside I reported issues to the owner or management company and I feel like they don’t care about issues-like plumbing and mold, I even sent photos and feel like they don’t care very sad!”

“This was a perfect space for our short trip to Kansas City. Ashley was a wonderful host, making sure to clearly communicate and continually checked on us during our stay. We will most certainly return sometime soon.”

“Such a beautiful building with great history. Very close to so many places. The host is great and the room is very inviting and nicely appointed.”

“Very nice spot. Super close to everything in KC!”
