This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood.

The Hotel was beautiful and clean. Was only able to go to one restaurant because you needed reservations and every time we went to reserve it was full. Also please take pants, they are required at restaurants, they won't let you in if you are wearing shorts. The buffet was very small, with not a lot of options, food was the same every night. The staff was very nice, and never had an issue, but for this expensive hotel, they need better food.

Great resort for families and couples. Quiet and peaceful here. We saw all types of wildlife including the cutest monkeys. Close to the waterparks ! Great stay!

Beautiful property. Love all the wildlife. Rooms were always clean and fridge restocked daily. Mexican restaurant was amazing!

We visited this resort a few years ago and loved it! The shows, staff, and food were amazing! This last time was a far cry from that first visit. The resort is starting to show its age. Our room air conditioner leaked and the resorts solve for this was to place towels on the floor underneath it repeatedly throughout the stay. The power and water pressure went out one of the days we stayed while we were getting ready for our dinner reservation. By the time it came back on and we got ready we had missed our reservation time. The concierge service was not accommodating and the restaurant did not help us so we had to go eat at the buffet that evening. Every time we spoke with any of the staff at the concierge desks they were not willing to help us. It was just disappointing this time around. I will not be bringing my family back to this establishment.

Lo mejor de la propiedad son sin dudas sus áreas verdes excelentemente cuidadas y como han manejado ese delicado equilibrio entre el confort de los edificios y el mantenimiento de la naturaleza circundante. Las camas excelentes. La wifi justa para no permanecer desconectado pero no es rápida. La limpieza de la ropa de cama y las cortinas sí necesita mejorarse mucho; durante nuestra estancia necesitamos cambios de fundas de almohadas por mal olor y estar sucias y las cortinas de la habitación estaban muy percudidas y con cabellos. Los servicios gastronómicos en general están adecuados y la oferta es amplia; pero no existe la oferta de café en los varios bares del hotel y claramente la demanda de esta bebida es muy alta en cualquier horario del día y necesaria para estar completamente cubierto; esto te empuja obligatoriamente a entrar a los restaurantes para acceder al café y no parece correcto que no te brinden en todo el hotel café siendo un TODO INCLUIDO, fuera de los restaurantes solo ofrecen café cobrándotelo; no es langosta es café; debería estar incluido en un 5 estrellas! El trato de algunas trabajadoras de la recepción no es muy agradable ni se ajusta a los parámetros de un hotel 5 estrellas. En general el hotel es muy recomendable y nuestra estancia fue muy garadable.

The Occidental restaurant's cuisine was deemed poor quality, with the buffet being cold and appearing to have been there the night before. The food was bland, unauthentic, and difficult to eat. Many patrons left feeling disappointed and tried to get something else at the buffet. The establishment's fame and allure diminished efforts in food quality. Additionally, the constant painting of buildings and mold in the premises raised concerns about our health. We’re all at home currently feeling sick. There needs to be better scheduling of what’s open to eat. We walked four hours after checking in and everything was closed.

Love the resort i would return but resort have to fix the dining options. We have no options and end up eating in the buffet every night and also the baths outside of the rooms are not clean the floor always flooded.

It was definitely not what I expected. The hotel was, I would say, at full capacity and there were no conditions to host that many people, understaffed and whoever was working there were giving there all but you can tell they were tired therefore affected guest experience. There was not food variety, literally SAME (no jk) menu the entire week I stayed. Seafood night at THE BUFFET had only seafood, making me think what options had whoever was allergic or just didn’t y prefer to eat seafood that night! My other negative experience was at the pool bar, unfortunately my stay was the week Yolanda Gutierrez worked, she made me rethink if I wanted a drink just to avoid dealing with her bad attitude. On the other hand ROSITA provided us with the best customer experience of our stay! She is AMAZING, we need more Rosita’s…also limited activities, it was boring! Overall I had fun because of my group but every little thing was adding up to a no so pleasant experience. Not coming back to this hotel!

Make sure to go to the Paco's Tacos area for dinner at least one time in your visit (you don't need a reservation for this one). They also have great pizza in this one. We also enjoyed a lot Los Olivos and El Pescador restaurants. The Steakhouse... not too much.
