“My wife booked / miss clicked the booking dates … she seen the error within minutes and after immediately escalating (and numerous calls and emails) to Expedia and the hotel management - their response, was oops too bad, well still keep your money! Didn’t even allow us to enter the correct dates and didn’t even consider the situation or its timing or that it was a simple mistake!”

“Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand und ist von Valencia ca. 25min mit dem Auto entfernt. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten war das super. Jedoch ist das Hotel ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig, anscheinend gab es da mal einen Wasserschaden. Die Zimmer sind von der Einrichtung her sehr einfach und minimalistisch gehalten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ganz ok. Die Rezeption war durchgehend besetzt und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.”

“Bien situé mais très bruyant le soir la nuit les gens passent devant et sur le côté et parle fort jusqu’à 2 ou 3 heures du matin et à partir de 5 h 30
Parking compliqué pas de place beaucoup de monde
Pas de rangement possible pour les vêtements dans la petite chambre car les tiroirs sous le lit sont plein de coussins appartenant à l’hôte ”

“It is a very bad hotel. They don’t clean the rooms daily and all services are paid through apps. Staff are just pretending helpful especially with maintenance. Not worth the money! Save your time and energy and book another place.”

“Everything was perfect on this location.
Very good location. Near the bus station which help you to get easily everyone you need in Valencia. Also the beach 10 min walking away from the hotel. Cross the road you find the best coffee shop in town. Don't forget to try coffe shop food 😋. Fresh and tasty.
Overall we spend a nice holiday on this accommodation. Highly recommend.”

“Avevamo prenotato una camera standard su Expedia, abbiamo avvisato quasi 6 ore prima che saremmo arrivati tardi al Check-in per ritardo del volo dall'Italia, circa 2 ore dopo in base a quello scritto in precedenza sulla compilazione online del check-in dell'hotel. Una volta arrivati ci consegnano una camera impostata per persone con disabilità (soprattutto il bagno). Nelle immagini della prenotazione è chiaramente visibile che la camera prenotata non era quella.Ci hanno cambiato la camera 2……
