““We stayed at this apartment in Valencia and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop area was very nice with great views over the city. Check-in was simple, and communication was good. A good option for a short stay in Valencia.”

“The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. “The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated.
