Newly renovated apartment, brand new with all amenities for 2 people next to the sea. It has all the pharmacy services, medical center, supermarkets and restaurants. It is located in a garden area with tennis court and pool.
It contains a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom and two bedrooms (one double). Suitable for people with disabilities. It is 5 minutes walk from the port of Pobla de Farnals for those who want sea sports activities (diving, canoeing, etc). 10 minutes by car from Valencia capital. It has bus lines to the city of Valencia.

Tiene 2 y 1 baño , pero baño esta dentro de un cuarto , un poco inconveniente , el segundo cuarto es pequeño y la puerta no habre completamente por las camas , la precion de agua muy pobre, por lo demas estaba ok

El baño que tiene el apartamento está dentro del dormitorio principal con lo que pierdes privacidad; en el segundo dormitorio si sacas la cama nido, puedes abrir la puerta tan sólo un ángulo de 90° y apenas te puedes mover dentro La propietaria nos cobró 30€ por una silla de terraza que según su inventario faltaba y que ni siquiera tocamos; por último nos dejamos una tablet que hemos intentado por todos los medios recuperar dándole las opciomes de enviar una recogida o que nos la enviara pagando el envío, y que ya damos por perdida (estuvimos en el puente del 12 de octubre y aún estamos esperando). La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca en el alquiler de un apartamento. Corroboro otras opiniones que he leído de falta de empatía, etc. por parte de la dueña No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Bon séjour
L'appartement est conforme aux photos (seul le lit de la 2ème chambre est différent). L'appartement est bien équipé et joliment décoré. Il nous a juste manqué un extérieur privé. La piscine est très agréable et surveillée. La plage est à moins de 5 mn à pied ce qui est un vrai plus.
