“Only issue was a fire in the hotel caused by an electric scooter. So we were moved to another hotel ( Don Pablo) who put us on a 9th floor that was empty of any amenities. Breakfast was not exceptional and it was packed with people. As we were in Morocco the third day Our hotel went to get our luggage and set it up in our room on our return . That was a good service as we arrived at 10 pm . The hotel added a free breakfast for the remaining 8 days which was great. Everything else was the best !!……

“Wirst checkin ever. Language barrier and reception spent 30 min on phone trying to check me in then ask how i was paying as there was the amount owed. Amount was paid at booking. Terrible”

“La propiedad es hermosa y súper relajante, todos los servicios excelentes, tanto en la recepción como en el bar restaurante del lado de la piscina, el muchacho que nos atendió fue muy amable y profesional, el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto fue muy bueno, pedimos unas alitas de pollo y una hamburguesa y todo estaba delicioso, realmente tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y buena, lo unico que lamentamos es que nos quedamos ahí solamente por una noche, muchas gracias por toda la atención.”

“Beautiful resort. Loved having three large pools. They should use one for adults only. Lots of kids in all areas. Didn’t affect our stay. Food was very repetitive in the buffet. After 5 days we were glad to move on for different food choices. Limited drinks for alcohol beverages. But again none of this makes my rating low. We had a great time.”

“The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful. It is very close to the beach with a few minutes walk. ”

“We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.”

“如果鄰近地區都沒有房，那屈就一下住一晚吧!浴室:手提花灑喉是破的，熱水用用吓會變涼。没有動水制。餐廳:作潮水式管制，要排隊，在餐廳門口。食物:非常差，我見到有烏蠅飛舞。但不想說太多，但最重要是對亞洲人面孔，是愛理不理，令你感覺不舒服，如不相信，親身感受一下好嗎？”

“We have stayed here before a few times and loved it! This time we were in room 001 which is on the ground floor behind the reception area. There was noise from the street level tables & chairs outside being served food until very late. The room was lovely but just not for us, it was quite dark and opening the window wasn’t an option as the people walking by could simply look/ reach in.”

“入住總共五天，但前四天我定的是陽台房，但前台給我是向街道的。對面是大厦平台花園的公共空間。我祇有每天都把窗簾拉上，等於住在一個沒有窗的房問。這間酒店是我七年前入住過的，給我留下很好的印象，早餐及晚餐都很豐富，同時質量很好。但現時已不及當年狀况!主觀的事我不想多說。位置極好，坐電梯可到沙灘，不用從正門走出行樓梯到沙灘，两餐都可以，因要算店家收閣下幾多錢。距火車站好近。在附近酒店都算住得過，但前台的先生似乎對亞洲面孔的客人不太友善!”
