“The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants. It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well. “Hostel Incrível a poucos metros da Gran Via e de estações de metrô. Cheguei por volta de 9h da manhã e fui super bem atendido. Como ainda era muito cedo, certamente eu não poderia usar o quarto pois ainda estava sendo limpo. Mas deixaram eu trocar de roupa para poder passear em Madrid e ficaram com minha mala. Ao retornar às 14h para o check-in, foi tudo muito tranquilo e minha mala já estava no quarto. A limpeza estava excelente, bem como o conforto do quarto. Havia ar condicionado, toalhas……
