"The most exceptional hotel experience! This hotel doesn’t disappoint! Super clean hotel rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There are several eating options nearby within walking distance. And my son loved the indoor pool with its warm inviting water. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the past during our travels to visit family, and this is by far the best hotel in San Luis Potosí.

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. For example, we wanted to do laundry and one staff member walked my boyfriend to the closest laundromat to show us exactly where to go. She went above and beyond to help us! We also needed to switch rooms because my boyfriend kept knocking his head against a ceiling beam in one of the rooms due to his height. They placed us in another beautiful room with no issues and were incredibly kind and accommodating during the process. The hotel has a stunning patio and it was so nice to sit and enjoy the ambience of the hotel. Great dining options are walkable, as well as a beautiful park with lively events. We took an Uber to get to the downtown area where the cathedrals and museums are located (probably about a 10 minute drive and it was super easy to get an Uber from the hotel). If you are visiting San Luis Potosí, this is the PERFECT place to stay. Highly recommend. "
"Reception could not find reservation made via hotels.com app. The rooms did not feel clean and my daughter pointed out a cockroach crawling near bed as we were readying to checkout. Bathrooms don’t have a barrier/curtain to prevent toilet and sink from getting wet while showering. Had to keep bathroom door closed to keep sewage smell out of bed area. Rooms don’t have air conditioning "
