“I am so glad we chose Hotel Kraft for our stay in Florence. It's about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Alamanni tram stop that takes you to Villa Costanza bus terminal.
The room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a restful night of sleep. We especially enjoyed the view and fresh air from our balcony.

“Beautiful, bright and updated apartment. Top floor (4th floor) and no elevator. Can be tough with lots of luggage, but worth it once you get upstairs Close proximity to keysee (self key pick up location) and train station and walking distance all the sites. Well kept and super clean. We were a family of 4 -- two adults and two children. Comfortable and fun apartment. Would stay again.”
