"Staff was excellent. Parking was 15 dollars a day and can be kind of shady as there is a homeless camp behind the hotel but is separated by a tall fence. I was hinted by staff to park in front of the hotel. Had my truck there for three days with no problems. Not fancy but worked perfect for me and my daughter to go to comic con. Breakfast was great. Made up for the parking. "

"We stayed one night. We are from the Tri Cities and took our girls to the Arctic Monkey's concert. The hotel was easy to find, parking was close, and the hotel itself was very clean and nice. The staff was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I stayed in the Chicago location and was extremely content. Once I saw this one I knew I had to book. Location was perfect. Only a couple blocks from popular restaurants. Completely walkable. My only concern was the homeless encampments but they didnt bother me. I parked my car in the garage and went upstairs. They sent a check in link prior and i took advantage of it. Parking is $25. They offer a free beverage at check in. I picked a beer. They also have free waters and coffee along with snacks. the room is small but very comfortable. They have water and a keurig in the room. Robes. I love the rooms bc they are comfortable and have everything you could need. Their comforters are my favorite part. Bed is so comfortable. Honestly have no complaints."

"The suites with kitchens and sitting rooms were very convenient for a family stay and the breakfast had many options. Parking was expensive, but much cheaper and available on the street nearly. I liked the walk to the park on the river and to restaurants."
