"We stayed here 8 nights, and were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, clean and have everything you need. It is quiet, with a parking spot, and we would stay here again for our next trip. For folks who like to sleep in, bring a sleep mask as the morning sun does filter through the blinds. The owners live in the big house, and respond quickly with any questions."

"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"The apartment is in a great neighborhood and is beautifully and tastefully decorated. They really seem to have thought of everything, including a makeup removal cloth, skin care, and frosted beer mugs in the freezer. I'm not a beer drinker, but I appreciate the attention to detail. As a woman staying there alone, I felt safe and secure. Having a washer and dryer on site was a big plus. Super comfy bed and pillows. I didn't have a car, but there was plenty of street parking. "The one bedroom room stayed locked “due to storage“. We would hear noises coming from that room throughout our day seem like there was lights going off and on in that room. Also, we had woken up one day, and the door that had been locked and shut was open when we had woke up. Very uncomfortable stay would not recommend. Also everything was very dirty tons of food left in refrigerator and fridge gone bad. Dirt mold, and mildew throughout the entire apartment."

"We (i.e., me, my wife, my sister and her husband) stayed at this property during our week-long visit to Portland in mid-May 2024. This house was just lovely and very spacious for the four of us. The interior of the house has beautiful Craftsman-style woodwork throughout. It's also in a great residential neighborhood with easy access to all Portland has to offer. The owners live on the second floor, but we rarely saw or heard them. We felt like we were alone in our own little home. Nicely...

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
