» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
» A security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7-10 days of check-out.
