This delightful 70² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. The apartment is designed in a modern style with oversized windows, offering guests a peaceful and bright atmosphere.
The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table for shared moments. The open-concept kitchen creates a warm setting for cooking and conversations, fully equipped with essentials such as a cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and even a washing machine for your convenience.
There are two thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. The first includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and ample storage, while the second offers two cosy single beds and a wardrobe — perfect for families or friends.
The shared bathroom is prepared with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The apartment also has a private terrace, a simple outdoor space where you can enjoy some fresh air and a cup of coffee.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 8th floor and the building has elevator.

Excellent transport connections make it simple to reach Porto’s city centre, while the beaches of Gaia are also within easy reach. This balance of city life, culture, and coastal escapes makes it a wonderful base for travellers wanting to discover the very best of the region.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest subway station, Câmara de Gaia, is just a 3-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
