Loved everything about it, even the hilarious view of the TV from my side of the bed because the bedpost split it right in half. Seriously... it made us laugh. The room was lovely and very clean, and we even enjoyed the sherry in the decanter. The area is perfect and we loved not needing a car to explore the beautiful town. Would come back for sure!

I loved the complimentary sherry in the room. Our room was comfortable and clean - exactly what you'd expect from a historical inn. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. Other than that, the accommodation was good.

The age of the property is unique and the main building is charming. The food in the tavern is also excellent. We stayed in two different rooms during two separate overnight stays. The "pet friendly motel style" room is "extremely average." It gets the job done but is sorely dated and in need of renovation, and a bit overpriced. The deluxe King room we stayed in in the immediately adjacent building to the main Inn was far superior and not much different on price, so if available this is a much better option. Both were extremely easy to reach, within steps of the main corner of downtown Rhinebeck, and the shops and dining are extremely cute and enjoyable, so we definitely enjoyed the stay overall.

Excellent location. Just walk out your door and explore downtown Rhinebeck. Our window air conditioner didn’t cool our room sufficiently, but the room was large. The staff was friendly with great advice on what to do during our stay.

This is an older inn, lots of stairs, the fire escape was unlit and rickety, breakfast was below average for this price, window air conditioners are noisy, mattresses were ok. Commodes are too low. Downstairs sitting room lights were not bright enough for reading.

Loved spending the weekend at such a beautiful, historic property. Continental breakfast started the days to explore all the natural beauty and other historic sites nearby.

We had a unit behind parking lot. Too far to get ice. Tv didn’t work until they fixed. Unit next to road ok but some truck noise. Better to stay in main building

Hotel-style room was in a separate outbuilding and bore no resemblance to the lovely, old-fashioned inn. Bathroom was quite outdated.
