“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……

“Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön in einem Naturpark, nahe dem Berg. die Inneneinrichtung bietet ausreichend Platz Aber es sollten Betten, Besteck und Geschirr für 4 Gäste angeboten werden, wenn 4 Gäste angemeldet sind. leider liegt etwas Müll um das Haus herum. ”

“The location of the hotel / apartment is great. Most of the staff was really friendly. Air con great and a lot of shops close by. The problem I had with this hotel is I had to request a kettle and kitchen cutlery, I would assume a kettle would be already be in the room. A member of staff accused me of damaging the curtains which was not great (they were not damaged just stuck) ”
