"Breakfast had many options. Check-in staff were very prompt, no more than one person in line and a second staff member promptly assisted. Airport shuttle service was great! All of these services 5 stars! 4 stars overall as the room didn’t have blackout curtains. Bright outdoor lights, rail transportation behind hotel, etc. with only sheer curtains covering the window. Everything inside the room was perfectly visible throughout the night, soft glow as if a total area night light was in use. Not noisy, still had privacy, but just wasn’t dark. Unusual for us so not the best sleeping experience. "

"The rooms were clean. Our party was bigger (8 people) and we thought that "two doubles" meant two queen beds. We were mistaken. The beds are only full size, so we had to reserve another room to fit everyone comfortably. Luckily, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and was able to give us a discount for the third room. You should be aware though, they only do full size beds in all their hotels, according to what the employee told us. "

"The carpet in the room was so old and nasty we didn't walk barefoot on it.The parking is bad. They allow for paid outside parking which takes up a lot of the spaces and they also had big box trucks stored in the parking lot so not very many spaces for guests to park. "
