“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let……

“It was just wonderful, a beautiful apartment with the most amazing view, very friendly hosts, a nice neighborhood close to the beach. We especially loved watching the ferries go by. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. ”

“This was an awesome choice to stay for a trip to Seattle! It was right on Capitol Hill and sooo many great places were within walking distance. It was clean and we loved staying here. Would definitely go back on our next Seattle trip. ”

“Great place in an easy to get to location off the 5. Place was spacious, clean and AC’d. Kitchen was well equipped to exceed our needs for dinner in. Bed was very comfy. Wi-Fi was very easy to access and plenty of bandwidth. Big TV with a nice picture made for a great movie night. Bathroom was clean, well lit and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was awesome! Pet friendly place gave my little guy a nice place to chill. To conclude, we will definitely look for Vince’s place for our next trip……

The host was really nice and always said hi when they were around. And the stay itself had everything you needed that a home would. I’d say the only downfall was you could hear the host walking around upstairs throughout the morning and night. Other than that it was a great stay.”
