“Location is great. Studio is cozy, but very well equipped. We were two friends in our 60’s and used the bed and the sofa bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Our only issue was lack of counter space in the bathroom. The sink has a very skinny edge and the shelving unit above the toilet has shelves that are not solid. So for women, it was a challenge to find room for your bathroom products and hair tools. But that is a minor issue! ”

“Wonderful stay with Kate as our host. Like stepping back in time but with every thoughtful amenity you could ever need. The electricity went out in the middle of the night and at some point a generator was started for us. So nice to wake up to lights and heat. Wish we could have stayed longer. “This unit is perfect for a “cabin in the woods” getaway. It was stocked with everything you need, walking distance to everything and located right on the river. Also, it’s only a 10 minute drive to the falls/local hikes. The host was amazing and responded immediately to any requests. I would highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again. ”
