"The location of this property is great. Everything downtown is walkable from here and I felt the security/safety was good. The property manager messaged a lot - easy to get ahold of. Otherwise, it’s an ikea-furnished college kid apartment. The complex is much the same. The dryer doesn’t dry, the window units don’t really cool the apartment, the hot tub and sauna weren’t working.
