“Everything about our stay was wonderful! Great condo with all the comforts of home! Perfect location with ocean view! We really enjoyed the screened in porch so much! It’s an amazing property! Many restaurants in the neighborhood. We took the beach trolly to the Rehobeth Beach boardwalk which was fun and super convenient! We weren’t ready to leave! ”

“The place was nice. Good location. Common/living area is a little small. They advertise that it sleeps 10 but you have to pay extra for guests 5-10 - or they won't unlock the upstairs (3rd floor) room (the rooms on the second floor have double/queen beds, upstairs has bunk beds and a double bed). I had 5 guests so I paid for one extra but had my daughter's friend not joined us, this would not have worked for my family of 4 as my teenaged son and daughter would not have shared a bed and I……

Cindy is an amazing and attentive host who offers a beautifully decorated, clean and spacious place to relax and call home for a few days. “We stayed wi the my in laws and it was beautiful and close to Rehobeth boardwalk. Property owner was very quick to reply or answer any questions we had. Only problem is we did not know it was on 2nd floor and my in laws have mobility issues but we made it work. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“The condo was nice. Clean and as described. Linens and towels weren’t supplied as the listing describes, but Cindy, the host, clarified that prior to our trip when asked. It is in a nice location, but being in walking distance from the beach is unlikely. We drove each day. ”

“I cannot say enough about the amazing location, cleanliness, comfort and hospitality of the host (Alex) in this wonderful condo! We booked the condo initially to enjoy a nice Father's Day weekend my extending our time down in DE for my son's baseball tournament nearby. Other commitments came up, so we did not get to enjoy the beach and area as much as we may have liked to, but the condo was the one highlights of an otherwise hectic trip.Check-in was smooth and easy- Alex sent instructions……
