“Very clean, great hotel. Customer service was incredibly helpful!”

“Overall is good and clean I”

“Love how quiet and sleek the hotel is. Great location for getting around the city. Access to the bath house is such a treat, and the coffee/ bakery by reception is great too. Had to book an extra night!”

“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“地點優越，職員殷勤”

“nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM”

“I had some problems with the cleanliness of my room. The hotel staff helped to change the room. Thank you for their help.”

“提供早餐，每天有微小變化。也有中式白粥、蒸餃、燒賣。健身房有飲水機，方便水壺裝水外出飲用。”

“Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.”

“Very comfortable mattress!! ”

“有免費飲品時間，亦提供咗免費泊車，好似係會員優惠，慳返好多泊車錢，酒店風格比較摩登，浴室燈光會暗少少，不過整體設施都現代化，好適合商務旅行嘅人”

“good”

“Great location with friendly staff. The room is cosy and clean.”

“very impressive, clean and comfortable ”

“The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.”
