“It was in a great location.
I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities.
Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.”

“Great place, fun vibe. Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!”

“AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the……
