“The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. The fact that they won’t allow you to check in after midnight was stressful as we had a night flight to Palma. The wifi was tough. The luggage storage was helpful. The fire escape……

“We stayed at Hacienda Son Antem after spending four days in Barcelona to get some relaxation at the end of our vacation. It was a great way to finish off our trip to Spain. From the moment we arrived the staff took great care of us. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very spacious and well appointed. “Mucho bueno que decir. Primero, el Staff me trató super bien!! Segundo; lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tercero; localización. A 3 minutos caminando la parada del autobus para todo lugar, inclusive el aereopuerto. Es prácticamente, el ultimo hotel de la Riviera de Palma y esta a 6 minutos, caminando, de la playa. Los restaurantes justo a su lado o cerca del area. Tiene un supermercado a 4 minutos del hotel. La verdad, lo tiene todo y es super acogedor. Además, tiene piscina y un Spa. Espero……

“Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor……

“Nice hotel, good location in the centre of one of the party centre of Mallorca and close to bus links to the airport and city centre. Slightly worn down hotel in general, dirty sheets on the bed when we checked in that needed to be changed. Decent pool and terrasse outside, disapointing indoor pool. Fantastic tennis courts and easy bike rental from the hotel. Really good breakfast.”

“Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand und der Promenade. Unser Zimmer war von der Größe super und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Zimmer und Bad waren wirklich sauber! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Das Hotel kann man wirklich empfehlen.”
