“Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had……

However, for the stay and play programme, the sessions run from 12:30 - 14:30 every day. After washing and lunch, you’re left only several hours to explore the other parts of the island. “Hotel El Vicenç De La Mar in Cala Sant Vicenç is stunning—ultra-modern, chic, and beautifully designed. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We loved the complimentary spa pools and sauna, and the private theater experience was amazing—they even served us popcorn, appetizers, and drinks while we watched a movie. Highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back!”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”
