Pullman de verano del apartamento en el sótano

Adorable un dormitorio, un baño soleado apartamento en el sótano justo en el corazón de Pullman. Cinco minutos a pie hasta el centro, a dos cuadras de la pista Chipman. Autobús al campus se detiene justo en frente de la casa. Las tarifas semanales y mensuales son negociables.

El apartamento incluye una cocina, salón, dormitorio y baño recién remodelado. Nos referimos cariñosamente a la vivienda como Vaatchernoggin (ver yer noggin) debido a que los techos y marcos de las puertas son una pizca baja. Si usted es más alto que 5'10 ", con sólo asomarse un poco como usted hace su camino desde el salón al dormitorio.

Hay una plaza de aparcamiento dedicado al apartamento al lado de la valla en la parte delantera de la casa. Los huéspedes entran en el apartamento a través de la puerta del patio lateral, que incluye una barbacoa que es libre de utilizar durante su estancia.

El apartamento está en el sótano de nuestra casa familiar, por lo que son fácilmente accesibles para ayudar con cualquier cosa que pueda necesitar. (También tenemos tres niños y dos gatos, por lo que habrá una cierta cantidad de ruido de la actividad regular de la casa anteriormente. Proporcionamos un ventilador para el ruido blanco.)

What a sweet little cottage! We absolutely loved it. Everything worked well, from the heating, coffee maker, filtered water, television, etc. All the amenities were provided. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great owners and property. No issues while staying, but owners always answered messages promptly. Parking right next to entrance, spacious one bedroom with nice living area and kitchen, and bed was very comfortable.

Amazing! Perfect apartment for a short stay right off the main street in Pullman. Appliances and mattress were all amazing and host was very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed the State Street Cottage, 1 BR apt. We were in Pullman to watch a baseball tournament and it was like coming home after every game. AC working great. All the convience of home.

Very clean, and adorable basement cottage in great location

Parking was easy, entrance was easy. Lots of great information was provided on the coffee table. Place was immaculate, and cozy. Comfy bed and pillows. We will stay again next time we are in town.

Cute little spot!

This tiny house was really well designed and had everything we needed. Easy access to running and biking. Host offered us a credit when we had to leave a day early, which we really appreciated!

Stayed in this little apt while we moved our daughter into WSU. So adorable. The owners are great. We had an issue with the bathroom door not shutting, and they came over and fixed it immediately. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit our daughter.

Pefect Spot for WSU Visit

My daughter and I stayed for a few days while visiting WSU for Spring Preview. The location is great, right near the school in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. You can hear the people in the unit above, but it didn't bother us. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the coffee, and extra blankets/towels. Owners were helpful when I needed to change the dates of our trip. If my daughter ends up going to WSU, this will be my go-to spot to stay when visiting.

Great Find in Pullman

We were looking for lodging in Moscow (U of I) and came across this Basement apartment in Pullman. Normally pictures are not representative of the property. In this case it was exactly as advertised....clean, nicely apportioned and you could tell the owners take pride. Very recommended!

Perfect for out stay

We stayed for three nights over Easter weekend to visit our Vandal. She lives in Pullman. It was perfect! Check in was a breeze. Accurate and easy to follow directions. Love the outdoor lighting! Location quiet and easy drive to all the things we did. We have stayed in four other rentals in our two years visiting the area and this will be our “go-to” if it’s available. We loved using the outdoor grill! We made steaks for Easter and hosted our daughter and her friends! Perfect! Loved the very large bedroom with bathroom that had a tub! I also appreciate the little extras. Like coffee (K-cups), cream, sugar and extras spices for cooking. I can’t say enough about this place. We loved it. Thank you again!

Lovely little place...

This is a lovely place--very clean and comfortable and suited my needs quite nicely. There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs, however, and more than I expected (hence 4 stars instead of 5).
