So I couldnt get home in time to drive to Pullman for a family weekend. I called Expedia and went to great pains to explain that 2 other relatives could go, just not me. We changed the reservation to my husband's name and the agent called the hotel to ensure the room was charged to my card but in his name so he could check in with his own ID. Instead the hotel manager ranted at my husband when they arrived, and charged him for 2 separate rooms. Instead of simply replacing my name with his for 1 room/1 night reservation. This hotel is dishonest and underhanded for treating customers that way. We are furious. We could have cancelled everything with 100% money back thru our travel insurance. Instead the hotel manager blamed Expedia for everything and charged us for an extra empty room. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better night sleep at a hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised. Great location, close to campus. Parking is limited but we always found a spot. Deadbolt is there, but does not bolt into anything. The doors were hung in a way that does not match up with the frame. Only the handle locks. You're right in the middle of Pullman, so everything is about a 10 minute.
