Es un hotel muy bueno, buena limpieza y el bufet es muy bueno bastante variado las piscina son buena la playa más o menos , el servicio muy bueno, es un espacio bueno para pasarla bien en familia o en pareja , lo recomiendo.

Negatives: - No drinks, proper welcome and guide through the resort upon arrival even though we booked adults only.. - The noise level at the beach is insane. Music (and by that i mean beats along with a guy screaming into a microphone) is being blasted 8 hours a day non-stop 10 feet behind the adults only area. - Layout of the hotel leaves night activities like shows, bars and night club way in the back. People won't stroll in. Positives: - Service. Super friendly all throughout the resort - The gym. Best hotel gym I have ever seen - The food. Quality and options. Asian a-la-carte is insane. - The boulevard. You won't have to leave the resort - Cleanliness and space - If you tip every once in a while and befriend the bartenders the drinks will be some of the best you ever had at an all inclusive resort.

Overall I liked the Hotel. It has a lot of good things but also they can do better on others. Good things: Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful property and a few pools so you don’t feel that is crowded. Food is good even though steak house was not the best. Buffet is excellent, big variety of food and sweets. Not that good: Only one hub in the entire property to get towels. We stayed in one side of the hotel and had to walk very far to get towels (which they only give you one per person) and they want you to bring them back to get the card back for the next day… umm I don’t work there to carry towels, that should be they’re job, specially if is so far from pools. Cleaning ladies don’t want to give you towels for the bathroom, you ask and they look at you like you’re crazy. Swim outs are very small and for my 1st 3 days water was dirty. They sell you “adults only” but in reality you are mixed all day with kids. Pools, restaurants, resting areas, etc. smokers are everywhere. If you don’t smoke get ready to be around them.

To be honest this is a very nice well maintained property, the staff people from the kitchen to front desk to the rooms were very pleasant and cordial, always willing to help you however whould I go back, the answer is no, no because of the propery its just because in my opinion the resort lacks of soul. Its too quite, no activites by the pool, just a little bit of music, only one day we experiened a pool game that was awesome, other than that nothing. Maybe I picked the wrong resort but in my opinion this resort needs to hire a good entertaiment manager where he/se can put together a bunch of activities for their customers. Who would not like to be entertained right ? The Theather was a dissaster, how come I go to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and they have this guy singing old american music. The did a on stage competition, at first everybody was excited but once they started to make the contestant to dance a weird old type of song 6 out 7 people just left the stage, that tells you that they dont know what they are doing. People go to this places to enjoy the beach, the sun, the culture and no so odds old american music. Why they dont have a local music group playing that they are famous for, bachata, merengue etc, thats what people wants to hear in my opinion. That been said, it tells me that they really need to hire an enternaiment manager for the facility. On the other hand I totally understand how difficult is for a business owner to please everybody.

The hotel is beautiful and the food is better than expected. The buffets has a lot of variety and the drinks were good and quality liquours. The best restaurant was Asador. They were really attentive to our requests or problems. However, not everything was resolved like the refrigerator in the room doesnt cool. Also we couldnt reserved the teppanyaki even tough we call three times prior to arrival to make a reservation and they refused to book and this is against their policy of 7 days prior to reserve the restaurants. We arrived thursday at 2PM and there was no spot available in three days in a row which I dont understand. My husband wanted sushi and they refused to provide the food without a table. They provide a late check out and that was a plus. In general is a good hotel but I think for the cost you expect better service. There was no service at the beach and the big pool area. Also you expect more activities and more cultural things.

The staff was very friendly here. The food was really good for any all inclusive. It’s probably the most beautiful resort in the Dominican Republic. It’s defiantly upscale. They provide transportation to and from the airport if needed. You pretty much have everything you need on the resort from excursions to every day essentials! All in all I give the resort a 9.5/10
