Good spot. Service falls short.
We have stayed in Punta Mita several times as a family, but this was the first time at this condo. First off, the listed price is misleading, because they try to add a “Service Fee” when you check out of 5% of the total. When I asked about it, they said it was mentioned in the VRBO listing, but we didn’t have to pay it if we didn’t think it was appropriate. VRBO had already charged a Service Fee. Shady!We never saw the property manager. He said he’d drop off our beach club access cards a few times, but he never did. That led to a bit of a hassle every time we went to a beach club, and they wanted to know why we didn’t have our cards. Housekeeper was great—worthy of tipping. The condo was good, too, save the deceptive listing (when we were settling up, the person checking us out told us they didn’t include the Service Fee I. The price because they “wanted it to look less expensive.”
