"My interaction with the staff was excellent! Chexk in simple. I had an issue with my room it was handled with coutesy, cate and great customer service. Check out, simple. Room cleanliness was ehhh. The room was not what I expected at the price paid. The carpet could use a good shampooing it was slick. The room was only surface cleaned. "

"Stayed one at Omni Hotel. I got charged by Expedia for the Room and then I also got charged by the Hotel. "

"Did not provide any dishes, even basic utensils or plates or cups even though there's a kitchen. Also did not provide a hairdryer in the bathroom"

"The room was not clean, originally booked a non smoking room because that's what was available upon arrival my fiancé was asked if we wanted non smoking or a smoking room, he opted for the smoking because we do occasionally smoke, but I wish he would have just done non smoking. The room was nothing like the pictures, it had not been renovated or anything. There was what looked like bullet holes in the wall. Yes could we have asked for a different room, but we were so tired from a long day and we were only staying one night and then traveling back home to Flagstaff we like this will work because we were just sleeping there. I had just got a new chest tattoo and need to wash it off, when I went to use the sink in bathroom area I let the water run for a good 10 mins and the water never got hot or even warm. So I checked the shower, it had hot water so I just took a quick shower to wash it off, but the shower curtain was dirt and the water pressure was horrible. Overall I was very disappointed because I feel like I was mislead by the photos. We didn't get a chance to say anything this morning at check out because we were running late to get back home. I have stayed at plenty of motel 6 hotels and have never stayed in one this dirt. Oh did I mention we had a double bed room and one of the beds had what looked like a few nats on it so we slept on the other one wow, do the mattresses need an upgrade. I feel like they renovated the non smoking rooms and said screw the smoking rooms."

"Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable."
