“The house is beautifully nestled in nature and, while it’s a bit of a drive from the New River Gorge, it’s ideally situated for exploring Summersville Lake. The construction doesn’t always have the most meticulous attention to detail, but what the property lacks in craftsmanship, it more than makes up for in thoughtful design, quality of light, character, and atmosphere. The house strikes a lovely balance between what feels like Nordic-inspired simplicity and warm, eclectic charm. If I had to……

“This is a wonderful getaway. The cabin was excellent, clean and comfortable. The campus is clean and well taken care of. The staff is fun, friendly and engaging. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.”

“The cabin is so quaint and cute. Perfect couple's getaway! Everything seemed very new and clean. Erika was very communicative and east to work with as well! The cabin is tucked away in a secluded area so you get the enjoy the peacefulness but still within a 15 minute drive to restaurants and the National Park. Highly recommend and would stay again! There is also this cute stand near the end of the driveway that sells baked goods and they were so delicious....make sure to check it out if it's……

“House was clean and cozy. Convenient to lots of hiking places, but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of town. We watched the deer, had campfires and had lots of games to play with the kids.”

“This was such a nice place tucked away. It was so comfortable. Whether you want comforts of home or just want to hang by a fire this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the nearby sights and relaxing with a glass of wine by the fire. Our host was very inviting and easy to reach. Absolutely come and stay!”

“Not too far from the lake, a bit of a trek to the New River Gorge. The place was very clean with most of what you’d need. Communication was excellent. A/C worked very well!”

“Everything was amazing. It was very cozy for the 3 of us. I loved the couches and the beds were very comfy. I sleep hot so the light blanket was nice but would recommend bringing extra blankets if you get cold at night.The shower in the big bathroom was a little confusing but we figured it out just pull the bath nozzle. Very nice location easy to get to and easy to find and get back on the interstate.”
