“Overall our stay was fine with some issues. The biggest issue was the bed had no blanket whatsoever and the blanket provided in the closet was way to thick and warm, they have a beautiful courtyard and pool area but the only area with food was inside, a place to be able to eat in the courtyard would have been very lovely. They also had just about every drink possible except diet coke/coke zero sugar. The fridge also never seemed to work during our stay.”

“This time, my experience was just average. The person at the reception had no information about my booking and mentioned that since he had not confirmed it, the stay was not guaranteed. As a result, there was quite a delay during check-in. Secondly, unlike my previous stay, drinking water was not readily available at the hotel. I also received several calls regarding checkout, and my request to extend the checkout by just one hour was not accommodated. Overall, the experience was disappointing……
