The hotel was in a good location, close to the train station and a 15 walk to town square. We stayed there before going on a cruise. When we were there they had significant renovation work going on, which was very noisy and started very early in the morning. Also, contrary to many of the reviews we read on line, we found the breakfast very underwhelming- basically bread and pastries.

This room met our needs and with the reasonable price we would stay there again. The only disappointment was they put us in a disability room and as a result we did not like the low sink, the mirror was too low, and the shower was not a stall but part of the full bathroom floor, where much of the room got wet. Very good room for the right customer. Since it was a one night stay, we did not make a fuss. The breakfast buffet was above average with variety.

Struttura molto comoda per chi si sposta in treno, essendo a non più di 5 minuti dalla stazione di Ravenna (di buon passo anche meno). Arredi essenziali, bagno piccolissimo e decisamente scomodo. Buona colazione, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Hotel hat eine tolle lage, Bahnhof und Centrum zu fuss erreichbar. Hotel war sauber, Personal freundlich. Es könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Die Dusche ist sehr klein.

What was described in the listing was inaccurate. No restaurant no lounge. Room was very small. Bathroom was awful dirty/grubby looking. The whole place was very dated and old. Not a good experience at all. Would advise others to give it a miss!!

Staff very friendly, the air conditioning good because of heat wave. The breakfast was good and included many things: coffee, tea, different pastries, bread, butter, jam, fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced meat and cheese, personal pizza. Bathroom was clean. TV had several stations. Also location was good to walk to historic sites, train and bus stations and stores. I would stay again.

Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here. The pics of the hotel on line do not reflect the dilapidated condition of the hotel!! The material couch at the entrance is full of dust and has bugs. The rest of the lobby is dark and dusty. The bathroom in the room we were assigned was infested with black mould on the floor and ceilings. We stayed there on October 29, 2026 for one night and have written to Expedia re health/safety concerns of this hotel as the hotel needs an inspection by an outside agency to address the condition that it is in. The night we stayed the main water line broke in the surrounding area. As we had just arrived after a long flight we could not shower. I approached the front desk for bottled water for their guests under these circumstances (to brush teeth etc..) and was told that they could not do so even though they had some.

We went for a cruise out of Ravenna. If you got the cruise line to pick you up at the train station it’s literally a 1 minute walk from pickup area (where the buses are, and a 7 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was decent, mostly just bread, fruit, juice and yogurt. The room was good for the price. The bed was comfortable. The room is hot and ac did not make it as cold as we are used to lol. No shower head in shower and tiny shower. Other than that the staff was very helpful and friendly!
