“Good walking location at about 6-8 blocks to downtown Salem. Be aware that it’s 13 stairs from the front of the building to the duplex front door, then another 13 stairs to the second floor area with the only couch to watch TV. You’ll need two codes: one for the building and another for the apartment. We were unfortunately left waiting in the rain for about 20 min waiting for the building code. Pics accurately depicted apartment. Had plumbing issues with slow infilling toilets in both baths but……
