“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and felt much more like a home than a hotel. It was so nice having room to spread out, a kitchen, and especially the back deck. Staying here really gave us a little taste of what it feels like to live in the area, and I think we’ll be choosing B&Bs and vacation rentals more often because of it. We’d happily stay again. 🌹”

“We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best.……

“The studio was perfect and in a convenient location. Th e host was communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy. The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times. I would hope for the sake of everyone that the work will be finished soon and everything will be perfect again.”
