“The Buccaneer is an old cattle ranch / sugar plantation converted into a beach/ golf resort. A beautiful setting. I prepaid for a room over a three day stay. At check-in, "Ben" said incidental room charges were $75 per day which would have been $225 on my debit card. I checked my account an hour later. My debit card was charged $2,000 for incidental room/ resort charges! What a shock! The room my wife and I stayed in had no hot water two days in a row ( cold showers ). Only on the third day……

Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. “The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted.”
