“First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement……

Host as well as VRBO were very unsympathetic, failed to work with us for a re-book and we lost our entire rental fee!!! They are only in it for the MONEY!! DO NOT RENT THIS as our expectations were much higher and we were very disappointed in the way our situation was handled by the Host and VRBO!!!”

“We loved our stay here! The hosts were very helpful and communicative leading up to and during our short stay. The house was perfect for our family - the pool area is fantastic and being able to grill food at the outdoor kitchen is such a bonus. No back and forth to the house for snacks or drinks! We spent the evening around the fire pit and the extended deck meant that there was plenty of room for us to relax and our kids to play. We also explored the local area and nearby beaches. The property……
